Privacy Policy

Waterlist uses the information you provide to respond to trade and supplier enquiries. Contact us at hello@waterlist.co.uk with privacy questions.

Information you provide

Our forms collect your name, email and message, and, on the main form, your company, delivery postcode, enquiry type and optional phone number. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, prepare quotes and discuss supply arrangements. This is based on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Enquiries are not added to a marketing list.

Service providers and security

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. When email delivery is enabled, enquiries are processed through our email delivery provider, Resend, and received by our email provider. Providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection safeguards. Form access is restricted and encrypted in transit. A short-lived hash of a visitor’s network address is used for abuse prevention; the original address is not stored in the application database.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, and object to its use where applicable. Contact hello@waterlist.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Session storage remembers when you dismiss the quick-enquiry box and resets when the visit ends. Hosting may use essential authentication and security cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Following a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy policy.

Trading information

Product imagery is illustrative. Brand availability, case sizes, prices and delivery arrangements are confirmed individually before an order is accepted. This website does not currently take online payments.
